We offer fixed fee prices to register national and Community trademarks and our usual competitive prices for your international trademark applications.
Our easy step by step approach also helps you to keep costs low at each stage of the trademark registration process.
Before you make a trademark application to register a trademark, we will advise you on trademark classes and what goods and services to protect your trademark for. This is done using the Nice Classification as a guide. We can prepare the wording for you and will advise you on other Nice Classification issues that arise. We then submit your application to the relevant trademark registers. If objections or oppositions are raised, we will give you our preliminary assessment of the grounds of those objections and oppositions and we will estimate the likely fees that will be incurred to respond. This helps you make an informed decision on how to proceed. So there’s no reason not to start your trademark registrations today.
Claims For Priority and Trademark Registration
Our trademark agents can use claims for priority to help manage your budget and cash-flow if you intend to register your trademark abroad. Claims for priority allow you to be considered to have applied to register a trademark before the date that you actually apply to register a trademark. You can make a claim for priority when, within six months of applying to register a trademark in a trademark register that is part of the Paris Convention, you apply to register the trademark in a different trademark register that is also part of the Paris Convention. That means that you can start your trademark application in your home market and can assess trademark register objections and trademark oppositions before starting your trademark registrations in international trademark registers.
